EvoMapper

The EvoMapper is designed for medium- and large-scale RX laboratories.
This fully automatic, multi-functional machine combines lens inspection in compliance with ISO/ANSI standards for all lens types, freeform lens mapping and cosmetic inspection.

To meet specific laboratory needs, the EvoMapper can be equipped with two of the four possible options: Focovision; Digital inking; Dual Spectrometer; Laser engraving

The measurement data generated and exported by the machine provide valuable insights for efficient and reliable process control.

Our returns for manufacturing reasons decreased dramatically once the machines were installed.

Thanks to the well-studied conveyors layout, the machines are fed in a simply way, in particular via deviations to regulate the flow at the entrance of the machines. 

We found in A&R equipment the solution to face a difficult challenge : continued growth, expanding shifts (weekend & night), training of good quality control operators, combined with seasonal fluctuations (holidays, promotions…) made our QC operations difficult to manage.

When we first deployed the new dispatch envelope, our marketing department was anxious to hear feedback on customer acceptance.  The reaction of the opticians to our new envelope was very positive.  They particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the packaging and its professional appearance.  In short, the acceptance was excellent.

We are making good use of our new promapper in our production and as a pleasing result we have also improved the quality of our surfacing line output.

I use ProMapper every day to check the quality of my lenses. It's really a fundamental help in maintaining a high level of product quality.
